NOTD: Essie Splash of Grenadine

This polish is from the Essie Resort 2010 Collection. It is a purple-y pink color. It is such a pretty color for spring. The formula was a little thin/sheer. I used 3 coats.

This polish is from the Resort 2013 collection. It is a light purple with pink undertones. The formula is a bit thin, but it wasn't hard to work with. I used 3 coats.

NOTD: Essie Come Here

This is another polish from the Essie Resort 2013 Collection. It is a really bright coral color. It kind of has some pastel/neon qualities to it. It's hard to explain. It's so pretty! The formula was a little streaky. I used 2 coats.

NOTD: Essie In the Cab-ana

NOTD: Plastic Wrap Mani

I decided to try out a plastic wrap/saran wrap mani. I first painted my nails with 2 coats of Essie Lovie Dovie. After it dried, I painted 1 coat of China Glaze For Audrey and used the crumpled up plastic wrap to splotch up the polish. Then, after that dried, I did 1 coat of Orly Rage and did the same thing. It came out pretty cool!

NOTD: OPI Don't Touch My Tutu & Essie Beyond Cozy

I felt like doing a glitter gradient. I used 4 coats of Don't Touch My Tutu and then used Beyond Cozy for the gradient. It did not come out that great because Beyond Cozy has gotten thick, so it was kind of hard to work with.

NOTD: Essie Rock Candy & Essie A Cut Above

Essie Rock Candy is from Essie's Winter 2009 Collection. It is a sheer pink. It is actually not too streaky. I first used 2 coats of Essie Fill the Gap. Then, I used 2 coats of Rock Candy and then 1 coat of A Cut Above. Lastly, of coarse, I applied 1 coat of top coat. I've been using NYC Grand Central Station. It is actually a pretty good top coat. However, it does not dry as fast as other top coats.

NOTD: OPI Mrs. O'leary's Bbq & Essie Beyond Cozy

Mrs. O'leary's Bbq is a dark purple-red with some brown. It comes out darker on the nail than in the bottle. I decided to do an accent nail using Essie Beyond Cozy. I love this combination! I used 2 coats of each polish. Sorry that my nails are not very shiny because they got dulled from work.

NOTD: Essie Limited Addiction

This polish is from the Fall 2010 Collection. It is kind of a deeper red; it's darker than OPI Vodka and Caviar. It's beautiful. I used 3 coats, but you could probably use just 2.

NOTD: Essie Beyond Cozy

This nail polish is from Essie's new Winter 2012 Collection (Leading Lady). It is a silvery gold opaque glitter polish. Sometimes it looks more silver and sometimes it looks more gold. It's gorgeous! I used 2 coats. I only used 1 layer of top coat, but I probably could have used another layer to make it more smooth. Sorry that this picture is a bit blurry...the weather has been really annoying and cloudy haha. I will try to take more pictures another time and update this post.

NOTD: Essie Bahama Mama

This polish is a burgundy plum color. It is a great color for fall! It comes out darker on the nail than in the bottle. I used 3 coats because it was a little sheer/streaky. The more coats you put on, the darker it gets. I probably could have gotten away with using 2 coats, but I messed one nail up.

NOTD: Essie Bangle Jangle

This polish is from the Essie Cocktail Bling Collection (Winter 2011). It is a dusty lilac color. It is so pretty! It is a nice lilac color for fall and winter. I used 2 coats.

NOTD: Essie Boxer Shorts

This polish is from the Essie Yogaga Collection, which is a strange name. It is a blurple (purple-blue) color. It's gorgeous! However, it is such a hard color to get a color accurate photo of. It is a tad darker and more purple in real life. The formula was thin, but went on nicely. I used 2 coats.

NOTD: Essie Bikini So Teeny & $OPI Indi-go With the Flow

Sephora by OPI Indi-go With the Flow is a steel blue/periwinkle blue glitter topcoat. There are big pieces and small pieces of glitter. I decided to use it as an accent with Essie Bikini So Teeny. It's so pretty! I used 2 coats of the Essie and 1 and a half coats of the glitter. 

NOTD: Essie Camera

This polish is from the Essie Poppy Razzi Collection. It is a bright pink-orange-red color! It is supposed to be a neon, but it is not quite bright enough to classify it as a neon. I really love it! The formula was easy to work with, but kind of sheer. I used 3 coats. I noticed that the more coats you put on, the more orange it gets. I might want to try it over white polish to see how it looks.

NOTD: Essie Lovie Dovie

This polish is a light barbie pink color. It is so pretty and girly! I used 2 coats.

NOTD: Essie Mojito Madness

This polish is from the Essie Summer 2012 Bikini So Teeny Collection. It is a medium green. It is kind of a kelly green. It's really pretty! I used 2 coats.

NOTD: Essie Bikini So Teeny

This polish is from Essie's Bikini So Teeny Collection for Summer 2012. It is a light cornflower blue color; almost periwinkle, with some shimmer. It has a hint of purple to it. However, the shimmer does not really show up on your nails. This color almost glows! I love it! The formula was not too bad, but it was not the best. I used 2 coats. My nails in the first photo was not really in focus, but you can see the shimmer in the bottle.

NOTD: Essie Turquoise & Caicos

This polish is from the Resort Collection (summer 2010). It is a gorgeous turquoise color! I love it! The formula was kind of sheer and watery. I used 3 coats. 

NOTD: Essie Knockout Pout

This nail polish is from the Essie Summer 2010 collection. It is a bright bubblegum pink. It is not quite neon, though. It dries to a satin finish. It is such a girly and cute pink! I love it! Also, it goes on your nails a little darker than in the bottle. The formula was streaky, so I used 3 coats.
