Essie Who is the Boss is from their Wedding 2012 Collection. It is a pastel dusty blue with a little green in it. Sometimes it looks more blue in certain lighting. I love the color! It's gorgeous! It dries a little darker on the nail than in the bottle. The formula was a little annoying because if I put too much polish on the brush, it would start to drip and if I did not put enough, it streaked. However, I used only 2 coats. I decided to put a silver foil polish on my ring finger. It is by LA Colors, but I am not sure of the name. I used 2 coats of it.
