NOTD: China Glaze Sugar High

This nail polish is from China Glaze's Spring 2010 collection called the Up & Away Collection. It is a bright pink. It is really pretty! I don't remember the formula being streaky, but for some reason it was. I used 3 coats. Then, I decided to do some nail art with this nail art pen I have that I never tried. It ended up drying out so I couldn't do my other hand, so I used a nail art brush to do zebra print on my other hand haha.
