Review: BECCA Sheer Tint Lip Colour in Vendela

Hey guys! I haven't posted on here in a very long time, so I decided I would post a review of BECCA Sheer Tint Lip Colour in Vendela. I absolutely love this lip product! It comes in a sleek metal tube, which I quite like. It is a sheer rosy nude color; it is definitely a MLBB color for me. As for the formula, it is creamy and fairly moisturizing. This is probably because it contains Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Honey, and Vitamin E. (It is also paraben free for those of you who like to avoid parabens.) As a result of its creamy formula, it is not very long-lasting. I don't mind this, though, because I would rather have something be moisturizing than long-lasting and drying. Oh, I almost forgot about its scent! It has a light vanilla/caramel scent that makes you want to lick it off your lips! Haha. Here are some pictures of it:

Disclaimer: I received this lip product for free from Apothica.com.

My Favorite Hair Products! [Review]

My favorite hair products are Giovanni 50/50 Balanced Shampoo and 50/50 Balanced Hair Remoisturizer. They are the only hair products that I use. I have really sensitive skin, so a lot of shampoos and conditioners make me break out or make my scalp itchy, but these do not. In fact, they are the only ones that I have found that have not caused a reaction. The shampoo does not have any laureth or lauryl sulfates and the conditioner does not have any silicones. The bottles say they are for normal to dry hair. My hair is exactly that, and really thick and wavy. These products seem to smooth out my hair, and leave it really soft. The scent is light and sort of fruity. Some other good things about them are that they are not tested on animals, do not contain any animal derived by-products, and they are biodegradable. The only thing I hate about the conditioner is that it is really hard to get out of the bottle. I saw a larger version of it in a pump bottle, so I'm going to buy that next time.

Review: Clarisonic Skincare Brush

I was so excited to get one for Christmas, but I was truly disappointed. It was $195 for the box, which includes the skincare brush, charger, 2 oz. cleanser, sensitive brush head, and normal brush head. I have combination, sensitive, acne-prone (a lot of blackheads) skin, so I was hoping it would help get rid of my blackheads and keep my skin clear. Boy, was I wrong. I used it with my normal cleanser because I heard the Clarisonic cleanser could cause breakouts. I only used it at night on the lowest settings with the sensitive brush head. During the first week, my skin seemed to look more even and clear, but it went downhill from there. I know that purging may happen during the first few weeks, but this was not purging. My skin broke out in places I usually do not break out in, and they did not heal quickly. I used the Clarisonic for about 3-4 weeks, and my skin just kept getting worse. I stopped using it, but it took a few weeks for my skin to look better. I wish I had good results like a lot of other people, but I guess it just didn't agree with my skin. I was researching online, and a few other people had the same results as I did. Some aesthetician said that it should only be used once a week, or else it could overstimulate the skin and cause breakouts. Maybe that is why I broke out?
