Essie Rock Candy is from Essie's Winter 2009 Collection. It is a sheer pink. It is actually not too streaky. I first used 2 coats of Essie Fill the Gap. Then, I used 2 coats of Rock Candy and then 1 coat of A Cut Above. Lastly, of coarse, I applied 1 coat of top coat. I've been using NYC Grand Central Station. It is actually a pretty good top coat. However, it does not dry as fast as other top coats.

NOTD: OPI Designer...De Better & Essie A Cut Above
Essie A Cut Above is from Essie's Luxeffects. It is a pink glitter with small and big glitter in it. I love it! It is not a really sparse glitter (you know, like those ones that you only get like 3 pieces of glitter on your nails). I decided to layer it over Designer...De Better (which I swatched on here before). It is a champagne color. I did 2 coats of the OPI and I think I did 1 coat of the glitter.
