NOTD: Deborah Lippmann Cleopatra in New York

This polish is part of Deborah Lippmann's Holiday 2012 Collection. It is a black jelly with gold glitter. It is gorgeous! I used 1 coat of a black polish first and then 2 coats of Cleopatra in New York. It looks so glamorous!
